1. The mindset model of leadership
As running a school, we should lead by example and take the lead to be the model of all staff, exercise a high degree of leadership, approve the staff’s efforts and achievements, as well as commend the excellent performances of teachers and students.
2. Value the operation of team-work
We should also organize the teams of administration and teaching, build up fair institutions and systems as well as the interactive platform of communication and coordination between we and the staff, so as to engage in deep dialogues and study out working details to divide the tasks for the team members.
3. Renovate the operation and promote the school’s competitive strength
We should simplify the process of administration, lay out and activating the space of the campus, and organize creative teaching activities so as to step up the school’s competitive strength.
4. Activate the community’s industry
We should approach to the community to observe and experience deeply its potential vitality, so as to combine with the strength of the community and students’ parents to make well the construction of the community empowerment.
5. Engage in building school’s characteristics
Based on the history and humanistic traits and the consensus of parents to lay out long-term vision and goal of school development, we would build up the school’s characteristics according to the goal.
